"Hope for the Best, Plan for the Rest" discusses 7 Keys for Navigating a Life-Changing Diagnosis.
When you are diagnosed with a life-changing illness, it can be overwhelming. While your diagnosis cannot be changed, the way you experience your illness can.
Drs. Sammy Winemaker and Hsien Seow draw on their decades spent researching and caring for thousands of seriously ill patients to reveal the seven keys for a better illness experience. With real-life stories, tips, and exercises to improve your journey right from diagnosis, these compassionate experts empower you with practical tools to navigate the health care system with knowledge, confidence, and clarity.
The authors will be interviewed by Alan Taniguchi from the 100% Certainty Project followed by a Q & A session and book signing.
